These terms apply to anyone who uses Sensyno's services or this website. "Sensyno", "we", "our" refers to Sensyno Systems LLP, registered in Tamil Nadu, India. "You" refers to the business or individual engaging our services.

1. What we do

Sensyno provides AR Collections automation (WhatsApp-based invoice follow-up integrated with Tally) and custom software development services including dashboards, ecommerce stores, and business applications.

Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed before any project starts. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement until both parties confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp).

2. Payment terms

For outcome-based AR Collections: we take a percentage of receivables recovered in the first 60 days. The exact percentage is agreed before we start. No payment is owed if no money is recovered.

For fixed-monthly AR Collections: payment is due at the start of each month. If you stop the service, billing ends at the current month boundary. No refunds for partial months.

For custom software projects: payment terms are project-specific and agreed in writing before work begins. Typically: a portion upfront, remainder on delivery.

3. What you agree to provide

To deliver our services, we need access to certain business data (Tally exports, customer lists, invoice records). You confirm you have the right to share this data with us and that it's accurate. We'll treat it as confidential.

For AR Collections, you confirm that the invoices we follow up on are genuine, undisputed receivables.

4. What we won't do

  • We won't contact your customers outside the agreed message sequences without your approval.
  • We won't share your business data or customer information with any third party.
  • We won't make commitments to your customers on your behalf beyond what you've approved.

5. Stopping the service

No lock-in. No annual contract. You can stop at any time by letting us know on WhatsApp or email. For monthly plans, we stop at the current billing period end. For outcome-based, we stop immediately and no further fees apply.

6. Results and guarantees

AR Collections results vary by business, customer base, and receivables age. We don't guarantee specific DSO reductions or recovery amounts. On the outcome-based plan, you pay only when we recover, so there's no financial risk to you if results are slower than expected.

For custom software, we deliver what we agreed in the project scope. If we can't deliver what was agreed, we'll tell you early and work out a fair resolution.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties keep the other's business information confidential. This includes customer lists, pricing, business processes, and anything marked as sensitive. This obligation continues for two years after the service ends.

8. Limitation of liability

Sensyno's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or customer relationship damage arising from our services. This doesn't limit liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Intellectual property

For custom software we build specifically for you and you've paid for in full, the code is yours. We may retain rights to general tools, frameworks, and methods we developed before your project or that we use across multiple clients.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, or through mediation if both parties agree.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let active clients know by WhatsApp or email before they take effect.
